Frequently asked questions
What does "zero-access" mean?
The provider stores your email so that it cannot technically read it in plain text. Only your password or key decrypts it.
Can I write to ordinary addresses?
Yes. Email to Gmail, Outlook and others works normally. Full end-to-end encryption applies between accounts that support the same encryption.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Encryption runs automatically in the background. You use SoulMail in the browser or as an app, just like a normal mailbox.
